What Happens During Your First Appointment

Total Duration: 30-45 minutes

Step 1: Welcome & Registration (5 minutes)

Our friendly staff will greet you and help you complete a brief registration form with your contact details and medical history.

Step 2: Meet Dr. Nirali (2-3 minutes)

Dr. Nirali will personally greet you, discuss your dental concerns, and answer any initial questions. She'll explain the examination process and make you feel comfortable.

Step 3: Comprehensive Examination (15-20 minutes)

This thorough checkup includes:

Visual examination: Dr. Nirali checks all teeth, gums, tongue, and oral tissues
Digital X-rays: If needed (painless, minimal radiation)
Oral cancer screening: Routine check of soft tissues
Gum health assessment: Checking for periodontal disease
Bite evaluation: How your teeth come together

Step 4: Diagnosis Discussion (10-15 minutes)

Dr. Nirali will:

Explain her findings in clear, simple language
Show you X-rays and point out any issues
Discuss treatment options if needed
Answer ALL your questions patiently
Provide honest recommendations (no pressure!)

Step 5: Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate (5-10 minutes)

If treatment is needed, you'll receive:
