Appointments, Cancellations, and Re-booking Policy

We understand that schedules may change. To ensure efficient use of our clinic’s resources and availability for other patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or re-booking requests.

• Cancellations/Re-booking: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
• No Penalty Policy: We do not charge any penalties for cancellations or re-bookings made within this time frame.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment or the need to reschedule.
